Counting the shop

Pick a brand, download a count sheet, your people write the real numbers in, upload it back. Every difference is shown before anything happens.

1,905 countable items, filtered by brand so the shop can be split between people.

Leave a row blank if nobody has counted it. Blank rows are never touched, so the same sheet can go up again and again while the count is still running. Two people, different shelves, different days.

Vendor price lists

Drop the order form in as it arrived, Excel or CSV. It reads the columns, remembers each vendor's layout, then shows what changed: prices, new SKUs, and colours the vendor has dropped. Your rule is built in. No stock, the colour can go. Stock on hand, it stays until it sells through. There is an undo.
